David Merrell has been with BlueCore since its founding.

BlueCore has helped David and his team at TBH Global through a move and multiple locations. There’s a rumor that once, David and his team tried to unplug and disconnect all their own computers, printers and other technology before a move, and the re-assembly didn’t go quite as smoothly as planned.
“We learned from experience – let BlueCore do it,” he laughs when talking of a recent office move in Brentwood, Tennessee. “They re-established us at our new location. They came out on a Saturday to do it, and we didn’t lose a single day of business.”
With his business of providing investment management and financial planning, security is key for him.
“Cybersecurity is huge in our field,” David admits. “Our line of work requires a penetration test (a strike to a computer system that looks for security weaknesses that might allow unauthorized access to data), and BlueCore can make recommendations and help us to be ready for that test.”
David also asked BlueCore to help him with a new phone customized phone system that would grow with his business.
“Knowing that is a service BlueCore offers was all it took,” he said. “I trust their recommendations.”
